Refund Policy

Failed generations are refunded automatically

If a generation fails or the model refuses your photo, the credits for that run are returned to your balance automatically — you never pay for a failed run.

Credit packs

Credits are one-time purchases with no subscription and no expiry. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@perdontrend.ai.

Dissatisfied with a result?

AI output varies between runs. If a result looks nothing like you or your pet, contact us with the generation time and we will review it — verified cases are refunded in credits.
