1. The service

PerdónTrend ("we", "us") provides an AI image generation tool that turns your uploaded photo into a themed carousel ("the Service"). You ("you", "the User") need an account and credits to generate images.

2. Eligibility and content rules

The Service is for adults only (18+). You may upload only photos of yourself, your own pet, or adults who explicitly agreed — never a child, a celebrity, or a stranger. You must not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or intended to harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone. Generated images are AI-made and must keep the platform's AI-content label when posted.

3. Your photos

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service (generating your carousel). Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours, and we never use your photos to train AI models.

4. Credits, payments and refunds

Credits are sold in one-time packs and are consumed when you generate. Prices are shown before you pay. If a generation fails, the credits for that run are refunded automatically. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". AI output varies between runs and may not match your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
